Specifications include, but are not limited to: Submit permit applications required for geotechnical boreholes with the Federal Bureau of Land Management; State of Alaska Department of Natural Resources and the local municipality North Slope Borough department of Planning and Community Services permit requirements associated with summer 2022 field work to include: 1) Rental of a helicopter supported drill rig • Mid July – Mid August 2022 • Log Drill Holes (~ 50ft depth) • Collect samples for geotechnical analysis • Work focused along proposed corridor (Exhibit D – Map) o Analyze data to present report to NSB Planning & Community Services 2) Reconnaissance auger work: • Focus on Atqasuk, Utqiagvik and Wainwright “triangle” area • Early August 2022 • Present report to NSB Planning & Community Services 3) Fill data gaps • LiDar, stream crossings, water-crossings, water surveys, etc. from data collection of the summer 2022 field work • Present report to NSB Planning & Community Services 4) Complete permit requests (see Exhibit E) to drill 50’ to do gravel analysis
