Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope of the project includes asphalt milling, HMA resurface and full depth replacement, aggregate roadway shoulder, pavement markings, curb and gutter, adjust/replace drainage castings, subgrade treatment, topsoil and seeding, and ADA curb ramps. The project will be constructed in fifteen (15) separate contract divisions, defined as follows: 1. Spring View Drive from Beam Street to Lake Vista Drive 2. Spring View Court from Spring View Drive to end 3. Spring Wood Court from Spring View Drive to end 4. Lake Vista Drive from Spring View Drive to Spring View Drive 5. Lake Vista Court from Spring View Drive to end 6. Bayside Way from Marquette Drive to Pinecrest Drive 7. Pinecrest Drive from Bayside Way to Brookfield Drive 8. Brookfield Drive from Pinecrest Drive to Bayside Way
