Project Management Plan to include but not limited to: Succession Planning, Incident Response Form, Escalation Communication Plan, Cost break down on overhead vs actual direct labor.; 3.1.2 Hiring and headcount fulfillment plan in alignment with Boise State processes; 3.1.3 Employee training alignment with Boise State processes; 3.1.4 Operational plan in alignment with Boise State processes; 3.1.5 Supplier branding of employees (uniforms); 3.1.6 Coverage for requested annual Boise State events (depending on scope of event and ticket sales): - 6-8 football games with 250-350 positions; - Approximately 15 volleyball events with an average of 5 staff per event; - 12-15 soccer events with 4-5 staff per event; - 15-20 softball events with 4-5 staff per event; - 20-25 high school football events with 6-8 staff per event
