Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Replace the main mechanical system serving the 48,000 square foot clinic; the design must ensure the best method for location of all components. 2. Design services to replace three (3) AHU’s. 3. Design services to replace (1) Air Cooled Chiller. 4. Design services to replace VAV boxes in the Southeast Clinic. 5. Design services for all Control Upgrades servicing mechanical systems. 6. Design A&E services will included mechanical, engineering, architectural, structural and plumbing. 7. Obtain all required permits for this project. 8. Meet all current standards and regulations for HVAC and mechanical systems. 9. Meet all current standards and regulations per Facility Guidelines Institute (“FGI”).
