Specifications include, but are not limited to: The primary purpose of the proposed Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) is to inform Parkland of future expenditures relative to each facility The FCA will identify visually apparent deficiencies in the building and site systems and provide an opinion of required expenditures over the next ten years. The evaluation will include site visits to observe the building and site systems, interview building management and maintenance personnel, and reviewing available maintenance records, and design and construction documents. After completion of the evaluations a report of FCA for each Property shall be provided to the District in electronic format, containing all facility data. The evaluation will include review of all accessible common areas, and readily accessible on-site amenities to observe the visible components of the building interiors, the fire and life safety systems, and the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems. Of specific interest is the condition of existing HVAC systems.
