Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Idaho State Department of Agriculture (ISDA) is requesting quotes for the purchase and installation of three (3) outboard motors and assemblies to retrofit three (3) ISDA-owned 20' Raider aluminum-hulled boats. Motor Specifications and Re-Power Package: A. Quantity: 3 B. Minimum 150-horsepower outboard gasoline motor C. 4 stroke, propeller drive, Honda or Yamaha or equal D. Fuel lines, fuel filter/water separator E. Cables: all required cables, including steering, throttle and shift cables; electrical harnesses; and battery cables F. Full instrument package: including 12-volt outlet, speedometer, tachometer, volt meter, hour meter and fuel gauge. G. Battery: marine-grade battery, 12-volt DC, 800MCA/650CCA minimum. H. All items installed on ISDA-owned boats must be new & latest manufactured model year. I. Vendors must include a picture of each outboard motor quoted.
