Specifications include, but are not limited to: 5. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, labor, equipment (including hoses, heavy duty mechanical broom street sweeper), protective covering, insurance, transportation, licenses or permits necessary to perform all work as described herein. Contractor shall check- in/out with the Facility Supervisor upon each service call to provide verification the service has been provided. Failure to check in and out could result in invoices not being processed. 6. Contractor to provide service once every two (2) weeks not to exceed two times per month. In the event, the month will have more than four (4) weeks, the Contractor shall provide the service on the first week following the month. Contractor shall notify the CHP on-site contact the date and time of service two (2) days prior to the work being completed. 7. Contractor to ensure that all debris is removed from the premises including the refuse and debris that may accumulate around the building and in the parking lot and roadway lanes. 8. All services shall be performed by trained competent workers. 9. Any work found unsatisfactory shall be redone before the next scheduled service at no additional cost to the State.
