Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. INSTALLATION OVERVIEW Contractor shall pour a Concrete Foundation as required for the placement of two (2) Conex boxes, 20 feet in length x 9 feet wide, with a gross weight of 67,200 pounds. B. SYNOPSIS 1. Power wash existing asphalt of one parking stall in back parking lot. 2. Inspect and repair all holes or cracks in existing asphalt, where needed. 3. Ensure asphalt is clean and free of oil and debris prior to installing new concrete. 4. Provide a minimum compacted aggregate base of four inches (4) compacted stone, gravel or equal. 5. Install enforcement rebar, or equal to withhold cracking due to weight, settling, moisture, and corrosion. 6. Application of concrete shall be in compliance with the manufacturer’s installation instructions to properly cure within a suitable temperature range. 7. Broom finish new concrete area. 8. Keep concrete moist while concrete is curing, following the manufacturer’s packaging recommendations.
