Specifications include, but are not limited to: The services of a qualified engineering firm (Consultant) to prepare a comprehensive Wastewater Facilities Plan update. The Town of Coventry has undertaken this revision and updating of the sanitary sewer program to identify the infrastructure necessary to deliver sanitary sewer service to our current and future customers within the corporate limits of the Town. Completion of this update shall include the development of a prioritized short-term and long-term Capital Improvements Plan (CIP) with detailed descriptions and cost estimates, which shall be prepared based on the findings and design criteria for construction, maintenance and expansion of the sanitary sewer system.
