Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Review FEMA plan update requirements, noting deficiencies or areas outdated or otherwise in need of improvement in the 2017 HMP, and present findings to the Project Manager and/or Committee to solicit their feedback. B. Complete specific tasks, as delegated by the Project Manager and/or Committee, which shall be researched and incorporated into the working draft of the HM&FMP. C. Work with the Project Manager and/or Committee in reviewing, researching, and re-writing components of the 2017 HMP for inclusion in the HM&FMP. D. Meet with the Project Manager during working hours, as necessary. E. Coordinate opportunity for input from the Committee, various Town Departments, the Town Council, stakeholders, and the public in completion of the HM&FMP: • Meet with the Committee and potentially other invited stakeholders (assume 5 meetings) • Meet with the Planning Board in the evening to receive input on draft HM&FMP (assume 1 meeting) • Meet with the Resilience & Energy Committee in the evening to receive input on draft HM&FMP (assume 1 meeting) • Meet with the Conservation Commission in the evening to receive input on draft HM&FMP (assume 1 meeting).
