Specifications include, but are not limited to: Online grant management tool that provides Local Education Agencies (LEAs) with the ability to apply for various federal and state funding opportunities within a single application. LEAs have the ability to complete narrative sections, agree to assurances, and to upload documentation, including budgets. State Education Agency (SEA) reviewers have the ability to review all submitted applications, to leave comments electronically with a time and date stamp, to communicate via email and internal comments within the system, and to send email communications with attachments from within the system. SEA users have the ability to approve multiple grants electronically within a single application.
