Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Provide a bike rental package at the beginning of each season to Burton Island State Park and Grand Isle State Park. - Package shall include bicycle fleet, helmets, and basic tools for light preventative maintenance. - Bikes shall be of the cruiser or entry level “all terrain” type, of a reputable brand. - Fleet size and type may be adjusted between seasons based off demand. • Provide basic bike maintenance training to park staff. • Provide a rental fleet maintenance overhaul two times per season. • Provide a full overhaul of bicycles during each off-season. • Develop a storage plan in conjunction with State. - Some bicycles may be stored on State Property upon mutual agreement of State and Contractor. • Provide the State pre-printed rental liability waiver forms. • Comply will aspects of State’s Attachment C. State Shall: • Rent Bicycles on behalf of Contractor. • Inspect bicycles before and after rentals and perform basic preventative maintenance. • Report bicycle rentals and fleet condition to Contractor on a weekly basis. • Ensure all riders complete, date and sign pre-printed rental liability waiver forms.
