Specifications include, but are not limited to: Perform medically necessary vision product review services for the Department; Comply with all provisions set forth in the Contract and all applicable provisions of State and federal laws, rules, regulations, policies and guidelines as indicated, amended or modified that govern performance of the services; Use nationally-recognized evidence-based clinical criteria for medical necessity review, subject to approval by the Department; Attend weekly implementation meetings with the Department and the Contractor's representatives, after the Contract has been executed, to review the Contract requirements and timelines. Expenses related to attending this meeting are the responsibility of the Contractor; Notify the Department of any change in Contract administration staff, medical staff and or clinical review staff. A statement of qualifications including resumes is required for all key employees who are working on the Contract. Key employees include but are not limited to: Medical Director(s), Contract Administrator and Review Staff. The Department will review any changes in key employees; For anticipated changes, the Contractor must notify the Department at least ten (10) business days prior to the change, or as soon as possible.
