Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor agrees to provide twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week monitoring for seven (7) new and six (6) existing cameras with speakers and video analytic generated alarms.; In the event of an intrusion, Contractor shall initiate a “talk-down” via speaker for deterrence and contact Santa Fe Springs California Highway Patrol (CHP). The purpose is to inform perpetrators to leave the premises.; The Caltrans Contract Manager shall provide the Contractor with a list of designated personnel to notify upon notification of an activated alarm signal. This list shall include a working and active phone number and email address that can be accessed twenty-four (24) hours per day.; Contractor shall respond to repairs within three (3) days. If the Contractor does not respond to repairs within three (3) days, the entire monthly service fee will be deducted from payment. If repairs are not completed and the system is made fully operational within withing two (2) weeks, Caltrans may terminate Agreement.; Contractor shall provide their own independent internet service to transmit videos to the monitoring station in Irvine, CA.; Contractor shall provide all of the software and other technology required for the Contractor to perform the services described in this Agreement.; Contractor shall provide a software application that monitors, manages, and records the operation of the alarm system (monitoring hours and arming/disarming functionality).; Contractor shall provide an electronic application (app) that is capable of arming and disarming the system via a mobile phone. The app shall also be capable of monitoring area through the mobile phone.; Contractor shall provide written incident reporting to the Caltrans Contract Manager and provide mutually agreed detailed information any incident which occurs on site.; Contractor shall provide customer support and proper training for devices, updates and general questions. Training shall be provided online, and training manuals shall be provided as requested for a minimum of two (2) Caltrans staff.; Contractor shall provide sole authorization to Caltrans to change/add/delete devices and user credential.
