The Armed Forced Medical Examiner System (AFMES) DNA Indentification Laboratory (AFDIL) has a requirement for the Brand Name or Equal, to ExoSAP-IT PCR Product Cleanup in accordance with (IAW) the Minimum Essential Characteristics (MEC) identified in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ).
The acquisition is full and open competition using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) selection procedures. Reference attached RFQ for detailed information on the requirement, how to respond, and evaluation criteria.
