The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 are incorporated. USAMRAA on behalf of the Armed Forces Medical Examiner System (AFMES) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing Brand Name or Equal to Cerilliant Certified Drug Reference Standards in accordance with the minimum essential characteristics (MECs), and Statement of Need (SON).
The resultant Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will be on a DD 1155 which will not include any Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS). Therefore, there are no CLINS included on this solicitation.
