Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work must address all necessary labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete the process. The contract recipient should beableto provide FWHAtheservicesoutlinedbelowandacostanalysisormethodologytomanagethe following Scope of Work: ➢ Advise management on the administration of human resource policies and procedures. ➢ Analyze current HR programs and recommend solutions that help enhance employee performance. ➢ Conduct audits of HR activities to ensure compliance. ➢ Provide guidance to the E.D. on an as needed basis regarding any issues that arise. ➢ Serve as consultant for the E.D. in identifying other suggested areas for further study. ➢ Prepare any requested written reports or communications that are related to the various projects and/or assignments. ➢ Assist with other typical HR related projects such as communication, performance evaluations, strategic planning and employee succession as requested. ➢ Ability to recruit and pre-screen applicants for available positions within the agency, if needed.
