Specifications include, but are not limited to: replacement of air-cooled chillers, associated piping and accessories, chiller pad modifications and controls as per plans and specs. The contractor needs to incorporate relocating existing chiller(s) for fully functional temporary chiller hook-up as per terms and conditions outlined on the plans. The Work will be constructed under a single prime contract.; Provide necessary work and services required for the complete installation of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems as shown on the Drawings and as specified in Divisions 15 and 16. For convenience, Drawings showing primarily H.V.A.C. have been numbered with an "M," Drawings showing primarily electrical have been numbered with an "E" and Drawings showing primarily plumbing have been numbered with a "P."; 1.2 Make installations in a manner that complies with applicable codes and laws. Where the requirements of Contract Documents exceed code requirements, comply with the Contract Documents.; 1.3 Perform electrical Work in accordance with the latest edition of the National Electrical Code as minimum standards of quality and safety.;
