Specifications include, but are not limited to: 25.1. The work will include maintenance and repair/ like replacement of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and components in place on City property and will include equipment from various manufacturers. The work may include small and large repairs, and replacement of non-repairable components or systems, and some regular maintenance activities. This contract will not include “brand new” installations or upgrades to existing systems, but only repair services or “like for like” replacement of items. 25.2. Contractor shall supply all parts and labor necessary for repair/replacement and general maintenance activities in order to complete any work order issued under the resulting Agreement
