Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Provide a high-level review of Salesforce-based grants management solutions including cost estimates for the core platform plus migration services to onboard the grants programs outlined below in this document. • Provide a high-level review of Salesforce-based grants management solutions that are extensible to other state agencies with applicable licensing requirements outlined. • The contractor must demonstrate an understanding of the constraints of a Salesforce single org architectural strategy and summarize their design strategy & methodology. • Provide a high-level review of Salesforce-based grants management solutions where additional grant programs can be onboarded to the platform in a “no-code” to “low-code” manner such as a template model where grant applications can be duplicated and edited for specific program requirements. • Solicit respondent information to assist the State in determining if identified requirements can be met in a cost- effective manner. • Determine if the solution can provide a more holistic view of relevant information for each grant program, grant lifecycle, and related contacts and projects along with various applications and claim/invoices. • Streamline grant document management • Improved reporting/metrics (projected and actuals) and calculations from various inputs • Migration of processes/functions to Salesforce where possible and reduce manual processes • Access for external stakeholders as determined by program staff • Flexibility to adapt to programmatic changes and needs of applicants and/or funders. • Increased visibility for other ACCD departments and programs • Improve applicant experience with ability to submit and revise applications, and upload documents • Preserve historic data • Improve rollover process from year-to-year
