Specifications include, but are not limited to: Providing Hydro Generation Insurance Brokerage Services in Idaho Falls. 1. Assigned Personnel: a. The Broker shall designate a Principal to be assigned to the City to act as the primary contact. If for any reason the City finds, in its sole discretion, that the service provided by any assigned personnel is unsatisfactory, the Broker will agree to assign replacement personnel that must also be approved by the City. The Broker assigned must be experienced in hydro risk and insurance coverage options. 2. Policy Review: a. The Broker shall review all City policies and other documents, check the wording and accuracy of each policy, binder, certificate, endorsement or other document received from insurers, and ensure that the intended coverage is provided, all coverage, terms, conditions and other wording is complete and accurate. 3. Program Administration: a. Program administration shall include, but not be limited to the following. Respondent is to divulge which of the below services, if any, will have an additional cost associated: i. Act as an independent insurance advisor to the City and proactively provide ongoing and unbiased professional advice and recommendations that benefit the City. ii. Proactively provide ongoing review and analysis of the City insurance programs and cost and benefit options. iii. Be familiar with the insurance needs of the City. iv. Be familiar with the coverage provided by all relevant insurance policies and documents issued to the City.
