Specifications include, but are not limited to: Evaluating methods/approaches for the collection and maintenance of asset data; Support for modeling and forecasting asset lifecycles under different investment scenarios; Asset data processing and statistical analysis to support modeling and related efforts; Lifecycle planning and cost analysis tools/methodologies for assets; Risk evaluation and quantification, including sea level rise and extreme precipitation; Transportation Asset Management Plan (TAMP) updates and revisions; Support for transportation planning related tasks such as the Long Range Plan, 10-Year Plan, and similar plans or studies; and Technical writing tasks that could include preparation of reports, specifications, procedures, etc.
