Specifications include, but are not limited to: RIAC is looking to make site improvements to a 2.5 acres parcel at PVD to develop a new belly cargo facility (see attached graphic for location). The size of the facility is expected to be up to 30,000 square feet. The majority of the site is currently landside and vacant, with the exception of a 5,000 square foot former rental building. The planned use of the site has been approved on the most recent PVD Airport Layout Plan (ALP). The scope of this project will be to focus upon preliminary design concept services. A 20% design concept encapsulated into a Project Definition Report will be provided that will outline the detailed scope to implement the facility, budget estimate, funding sources, and anticipated schedule.
