Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall perform maintenance services on bay doors; B. Contractor shall report all issues with the bay doors immediately prior to leaving the facility.; C. Contractor shall respond within twenty-four (24) hours of service request; D. All work performed shall be in compliance with the manufacturer’s operating specifications for all roll up door equipment and comply with California Building Code, State and City Fire Marshal Regulations, Local Zoning, Building Codes, ordinance, and all other applicable codes and regulations.; A. Lube all points of friction, including but not limited to, rollers, bearings, gears, and guides.; B. Ensure the doors are balanced, motor limiters are properly adjusted, drive chains are tight, and manual system is in proper working order.; C. Inspect and test all door functions, including but not limited to, the electrical wiring and connections, chain shafts, gears, and bearings.; D. Provide belts, cleaning chemicals, oil, grease, cleaning rags, switches, and fuses.; E. Pressure wash all inspection bay doors.
