Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project consists of the replacement of one (1) exterior door and four (4) interior doors. A. Contractor shall evaluate the five (5) identified doors and related components to determine the requirements for replacement. B. Contractor will remove existing doors and frames and replace with new hollow metal door and frames. C. Contractor shall properly label doors and meet all code requirements. D. A final inspection will be performed to ensure the proper doors were installed per the specifications. 1) Rear entrance door – Fire rated with window, hand and kick plates. 2) Sergeant’s office – Solid door. 3) Special Duty – Fire rated with window, hand and kick plates. 4) Admin Sergeant’s office – Solid door 5) Office Manager’s office – Solid door.
