Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Nevada Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Part C Office, together with Aging and Disability Services Division (ADSD), is seeking proposals from qualified vendors with experience in end-to-end Early Intervention case management systems to develop and implement a cloud-hosted SaaS Early Intervention Management System, which will replace existing Early Intervention systems. This solution will include a web-based referral portal, comprehensive Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) case management functionality, detailed service logging and tracking, reporting and verification of those services against the IFSP, individual and group scheduling, an integrated billing system, electronic signature functionality, and contain all reports, forms and other document to comply with IDEA federal and state reporting requirements and policies as described in the scope of work and attachments.
