Specifications include, but are not limited to: This item includes Construction Contracts R-43967 (2100167, 2100257), R-43995 (2100262, 2100263 & 2100168) and R-43985 (2100261). The selected firm will perform Preliminary Engineering and Plan Development Services necessary to produce the construction contract documents, including the following services: Environmental Documentation Preparation, Topographic Survey Data Collection, Design, Utility Coordination, Geotechnical Services, Pavement Design, Permits, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering, and R/W Staking, as needed) and Construction Phase Services. Some of the potentially needed services include Small Structure and Pipe Hydraulics Design, and Wetland Mitigation. INDOT will provide real estate acquisition services, if needed.
