Specifications include, but are not limited to: This machine shall be capable of loading 12 cubic yard trucks and handling ditching material windrowed out by a grader.; Loader shall have rubber tires and a belt loading system.; Operating weight shall not be less than 20,000 pounds and not more than 23,000 pounds; Horsepower shall be have a minimum of 130 hp.; Loader shall be no older than five (5) years nor have more than 3000 hours.; Loader transport width shall not exceed 8’6”.; Loader shall have air conditioning, and strobe light, beacon headlights and turn lights; The Contractor shall provide to the Department, a completed Lessor’s certificate prior to delivery.; Equipment shall have temporary registration valid until the Department can get the equipment registered.
