Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Domestic water piping system.; 2. Interior sanitary waste and vent piping system.; 3. Plumbing fixtures and trim.; 4. Insulation.; 5. Valves.; 6. Water hammer arresters.; 7. Sheetmetal work.; 8. Complete air distribution system including low and medium pressure ductwork, diffusers,; registers, grilles, splitters, dampers, etc.; 9. Insulation for duct, piping equipment and tanks.; 10. Exhaust and ventilating air fans.; 11. Prime painting.; 12. Pipe, duct, valve and equipment identification.; 4. Fire alarm system extension complete with all devices and wiring.; 5. Wiring devices (switches and receptacles) complete with associated wallplates.; 6. Power wiring to HVAC, plumbing and fire protection equipment.; 7. Data system wiring and outlets.; 1. The Security contractor shall provide a fully integrated Security System which shall include an IDS and applicable wire and cable for this project.; 2. The electrical contractor shall provide all back boxes, conduit, and 120VAC power as indicated on the security drawings.; 3. The Telecommunications contractor shall provide all category cabling and fiber for all related IP security devices and switching that is related to the security system.; 4. The Security contractor shall provide coordination with security door hardware. Coordinate door hardware with the Architect and the hardware engineer. Refer to Division 8 for additional scope of work.; 5. The Security contractor shall be responsible for providing complete and working systems
