Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Deliver propane to the Warming Tent on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday between 7:00 AM to 7:00PM. MOA reserves the right to change delivery days and add decrease delivery days as weather conditions dictate. 2. Supply either two (2) 500-gallon tanks OR one (1) 1,000-gallon propane tank, all hoses, and all required tank gauges. 3. Deliver the tank(s), set it (them) in place, and ensure the tank(s) are in proper working order. 4. Inspect the tank (s) on a weekly basis to ensure all components are in proper working order. A copy of the inspection report will be sent, via email, to the Mass Care Shelter Director (Jeff Hickman, 907-830-7866, jeff.hickman@anchorageak.gov) within 24 hours of each completed inspection. Any components that are not in proper working order will either replaced or repaired immediately. 5. Remove the tank(s) within two (2) working days of notification that the tank(s) are no longer required. 6. Provide a Service Technician who is available to respond within three (3) hours notification of any tank(s) issues. Within 24 hours of Contract award, the Contractor will provide the Mass Care Shelter Director (Jeff Hickman, 907-830-7866, jeff.hickman@anchorageak.gov) for the Service Technician. 7. Provide the Mass Care Chief of Logistics (Debbie Burks, 907-917-6706, Deborah.burks@anchorageak.gov) with contact information to schedule additional propane deliveries, if needed.
