Specifications include, but are not limited to: Intersection Improvement Project Development Services - Two projects on US 41 and US 231 in Lake County; perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide Topographic Survey, Environmental Documentation, Geotechnical Engineering, all Permit Applications, Road Design, Utility Coordination, Hydraulic Analysis (as needed), Pavement Design Services, Right of way Plan Development (including Abstracting, Engineering and Staking), Title Research, and Construction Phase Services.; Additional services may also be required, such as Lighting Design, Wetland Mitigation, Archeological Investigations and Historical/Architectural Investigations if these work types become necessary.
