Specifications include, but are not limited to: Small Structure Project Development Services - Small Structures to Replace 54 Small Culverts on SR 63; perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce construction contract documents. These services will include: an Abbreviated Engineering Assessment Report, Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Topographic Survey, Pavement Design, Geotechnical Services, Utility Coordination, Hydraulic Analysis and Design, Plan Development, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering, R/W Staking as needed) and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations and Historical/Architectural Investigations.
