Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Campaign strategy - Conduct research that evaluates the profile,demographics and media usage of the South Dakota visitor and audience.•Content and creative production for television (broadcast, cable satellite,connected, alternative), print, audio, direct mail, and out-of-home (OOH).•Planning and development of comprehensive media schedules fortelevision, print, audio, direct mail, and OOH, aligning with andcomplementing digital media campaigns.•Traditional media buying, including television, print, audio, and OOH.•Campaign reporting - Conduct evaluations and reporting into overallperformance and effectiveness of marketing tactics and campaigns.•Assist in planning and producing presentations for various marketingpresentations throughout the year.•Every month, the agency will be expected to submit an update on thestatus of the budget.
