Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Prior to conducting any maintenance, the Contractor must coordinate a date and time with the On-Site Contact or designee, at least one (1) week prior to work commencement. Additionally, the Contractor shall check-in and check-out with On-Site Contact or designee upon each service call to provide verification that service has been provided. B. Contractor shall report all issues with the bay door(s) immediately prior to leaving the facility to the On-Site Contact or designee. B. Contractor shall take all necessary precautions to protect service locations. Any damage caused by the Contractor or its employees to the bay door(s), its components, State equipment, materials or other property through neglect or negligence shall be the sole responsibility of the Contractor, and shall be repaired or replaced by the Contractor to the State’s satisfaction at no cost. The State may, at its discretion, repair any damage and deduct the cost from Contractor’s invoice. C. Contractor shall take measures to ensure that all materials or debris used in the course of the maintenance is removed from CHP premises and disposed of properly or recycled. D. For all work other than scheduled inspections, Contractor shall provide a written estimate of labor, parts, and time required to complete the specified repairs.
