Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of these specifications to obtain 100% complete preventive maintenance (PM) for one (1) passenger elevator and one (1) freight elevator. All materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary to provide this service must be provided by the Contractor. Any work not specifically mentioned, but which is needed to make the maintenance complete within the intent of these specifications, shall be performed without additional cost. Contractor shall systematically examine, adjust, and lubricate the elevator to provide PM as frequently as the specific equipment requires per manufacturer’s instructions. The work to be performed by Contractor under these specifications shall be a minimum of one (1) hour per month. Contractor shall check-in/check-out upon each service call to provide verification that service has been provided.
