Specifications include, but are not limited to: Ada County Operations (“Operations”) is requesting bids for fixed discounts on various electrical supplies (“Products”), purchased by Operations for its internal use, as more thoroughly detailed herein. The winning Bid will be chosen based on the highest total amount of Extended Discounts, after discount is applied to Product Multiplier. P ercentage discount is to be applied to Bidder’s standard, retail price of the Products, as more detailed in Bid Table (BT-47BV). By submitting a Bid, Bidder certifies that it carries all Products listed. Products offered must be in “new” and first -class condition; no used, refurbished, remanufactured, or demonstration Products will be accepted. The purchase of Products will be on an indefinite quantity basis. Please see Exhibit A for estimates of County’s historical expenditure rates for past twelve (12) months on all Products. No guarantee will be made concerning the quantities of any Products which may be purchased or the dates of any such purchases. Further, no guarantee will be made that Bidder will be the exclusive provider of Products. If Operations seeks to purchase electrical supplies from the successful Bidder that are not included on the list of discounted Products, and thus, not part of this Bid, Bidder will not be obligated to extend a discount on that purchase. Bidders must have a business location within twenty (20) miles of Ada County Operations, located at 200 W. Front St., Boise, Idaho 83702.
