Specifications include, but are not limited to: Each Day of Service•Empty wastebaskets, collect trash and recyclables.•Dry mop or sweep all non-carpeted floors including all entries.•Damp mop ALL non-carpeted floors.•Sweep and damp mop all chair floor mats.•Vacuum all carpets using a commercial/industrial vacuum cleaner with HEPA filter, removespots cleaning or shampooing as necessary.•Vacuum and maintain all entry mats and runners.•Complete hygienic cleaning of all restrooms especially walls and floors around sink, toilet andurinal areas (Per specification in Custodial Services General Specifications: Cleaning ToiletRooms), wipe and sanitize handrails, replace toilet paper leaving an extra roll(s) in the restroom,paper towels, soap, urinal tablets, ect.; Weekly – Specific Days•Monday – Spot clean entryways including interior and exterior of all glass.•Monday - Clean and disinfect all door handles.•Wednesday - Spot clean walls, systems furniture partitions, window sills and window and doorwoodwork.•Wednesday - Low and mid-level dusting (up to six (6) feet) including shelves, books, woodwork,wood panels, baseboard heaters and covers.•Friday – Wash interior sides of all windows and both sides of glass partitions.
