Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. One (1) Three (3)-Compartment Sink – John Boos “B” Series Sink The Contractor must provide a sink for use with an existing Hatco Hydro-Heater model #3CS2-4B (Exhibit C) which meets the following specifications: • The sink must meet National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) standards.; • The sink must be constructed of sixteen gauge (16GA) or thicker type three hundred (300) Stainless Steel with #4 polish, satin finish. ; • Exposed welds must be polished to match adjacent surface.; 2. Three (3) Krowne Royal Series Twist Waste Drain with 1 1/4” inch Overflow Outlets with Cap • Each must fit a three- and one-half inch (3 ½”) opening.; • Must include two-inch (2”) nominal pipe size (NPS) male outer threads with one- and one-half inch (1 ½”) national pipe taper (NPT) female inner threads with a minimum four and seven sixteenth inch (4 7/16”) flange.; • Must include stainless steel strainer properly fitted to cover three- and one-half inch (3 1/2”) opening. ; 3. Three (3) Krowne Overflow Head and Elbow assemblies • Must fit one and seven eighths inch (1 7/8”) opening.; • Must be low lead compliant.; • Must meet NSF standards.; 4. Two (2) Krowne Royal Series Faucet or equivalent • Must be splash mounted.; • Must be on eight-inch (8”) centers, wall mounted.; • Must connect to half inch (½”) NPT male inlets.
