Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project includes: Approximately 195,000 Notices – STARS Rollout 2, Notice 1; to be mailed approximately March 15, 2022; Approximately 195,000 Notices – STARS Rollout 2, Notice 2; to be mailed approximately June 15, 2022; Approximately 195,000 Postcards – STARS Rollout 2, Postcard; to be mailed approximately September 1, 2022; and Approximately 195,000 Notices – STARS Rollout 2, Implementation Notice; to be mailed approximately September 15, 2022; Approximately 780,000 Envelopes/Labels – for mailing Notice 1, Notice 2, Postcards, and the Implementation Notice. See the Addressing section below. The Envelopes are to be provided by MRS. Vendors must pick-up the quantity of envelopes needed for each Item A, Item B, and Item D Notices as needed on or before the dates specified above from the MRS office at 51 Commerce Drive, Augusta, Maine.
