Specifications include, but are not limited to: Conference Room & Kitchen • Replace existing split system and gas furnace. Replacement furnace to be up flow • Abandon under floor ductwork that serves conference room. Remove floor registers, cap openings and re-install registers. • Install new ductwork above acoustical ceiling with new registers. Sizing of duct work to include quantity and placement of registers to be determined by system size and air distribution requirements. Southeast Office • Replace existing system and upsize to provide temperature control of east foyer. • Remove existing flex duct and replace with rigid externally insulated duct. • Install balancing dampers at each branch duct serving individual offices. In addition, propose an alternate price for furnishing and installing VAV diffusers at each office. • Extend ductwork to include east foyer. Work-out room, Range Control Office, and Female Latrine • Replace existing system and upsize to provide temperature control of Range Control Office and female latrine. • Modify and extend ductwork serving work-out room to female latrine and Range Control Office. Provide return air transfer from Range Control office to work-out room. • Install balancing dampers as necessary. In addition, propose an alternate price for furnishing and installing a VAV diffuser in the office. Supply Room and Male Latrine • Install new system to be sized for supply room and male latrine. • Furnish and install internally lined exposed ductwork for distribution with supply registers. Sizing of duct work to include quantity and placement of registers to be determined by system size and air distribution requirements. • Route new electrical circuits from sub-panel on south wall of drill hall to supply room furnace and the condenser to be located outside the north wall of the supply room. • Furnace to be mounted horizontally and suspended as high as possible from structure above.
