Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Maine System on behalf of University of Maine and University of Maine at Machias is seeking responses to provide Student Organization solution. This service will meet the need of housing University of Maine (UM) and University of Maine at Machias (UMM) student organization information, initially, in one centralized location, managing event approval workflow, files, rosters, and providing a mobile application to meet the communication needs of students, with potential for other campuses to possibly benefit from this in the future as well. These solutions align with the goals of increasing student engagement and ultimately, retention. The audience of student organizations is over 175 clubs and over 5000 students.
