Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Las Vegas Valley Water District is soliciting proposals from qualified and interested Restaurant or Catering Operators, that aligns with the Preserve’s mission of “creating a visitor experience that builds culture and community, inspires environmental stewardship and celebrates the vibrant history of the Las Vegas Valley”. The ideal operator (hereinafter “Provider”) will have an established presence in the community, a strong commitment to health and safety standards, high quality food offerings, and an experienced leadership team. The structure of the partnership with the Preserve will be rent paid on a cost per square foot basis inclusive of a contribution toward building maintenance and improvements.
