Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Delaware, Department of Health and Social Services, Office of the Secretary, Delaware Health Care Commission (Delaware) needs a professional vendor to support efforts to electronically automate established program parameters and processes for two statewide health care loan repayment programs: (1) Delaware Loan Repayment Program (SLRP) (2) Health Care Provider Loan Repayment Program (HCPLRP) The primary goals are to automate the application intake process, utilize business intelligence software to evaluate the information received in the applications with program requirements and criteria, issue system generated emails reminders and updates, and produce on demand reports.
