Specifications include, but are not limited to: On Tuesday, March 29, 2022, the Division of Elections (Division) will provide the vendor with an electronic file, transmitted via FTP (File Transfer Protocol) that will include the names, addresses, and other pertinent voter registration information for printing and mailing the notices. The vendor will need to have their own server or electronic address that the file can be sent to. The vendor will extract the following information from the electronic file: voter’s name; residence and mailing address; senate district, house district and precinct number and name; REAA number; polling place location; judicial district; political affiliation; and voter identification number. Every voter record on the file must have the Voter ID Card Announcements with removable Voter ID Card printed and mailed, except for those voter records with an A/ID status/condition code. The Division will provide the vendor with the data information that will allow the vendor to sort out which voters are to receive Voter ID Card Announcements with removable Voter ID Card and which voters are to receive Voter Acknowledgement Notices.
