Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Complete removal of 4 double sets of interior metal doors and frames and 7 sets of exterior metal door and frames. The door measure approximately 6’0x6’8” all associated hardware, thresholds will also be removed by contractor. 2. All rough openings will be properly prepped for installation of new doors, including any patch repair and or adjustments needed to rough opening. 3. Complete installation of 3- 6’0 x 6’8” steel 90-minute fire rated doors. Including the following. 12.75 welded steel frames, 24x30 firelite glass kit, Von Duprin 98 concealed vertical rod exit panic openers or equivalent, LCN404 door closers or equivalent, 4. Complete installation of 1- 6’0 x 6’8” steel 90-minute fire rated doors. Including the following. 12.75 welded steel frames, 24x30 firelite glass kit, Von Duprin 98 electric latch retraction panic openers or equivalent with automatic handicap openers. 5. Complete installation of 7- 6’0” x 6’8” pairs of steel door with 12.75 welded frame, no glass in these exterior doors. Doors to include Vond Duprin 22 Surface vertical rod exit panic openers or equivalent, LCN404 door closers or equivalent, weather stripping, door sweeps, and surface mounted exit alarm device on each door Detex eax 500 or equivalent. 6. All painting will be done by others. 7. All work will be conducted between the hours of 7am to 4pm 8. All flooring will be protected al all time to prevent damage, contactor will be responsible for any damage to flooring or any other building components. 9. Job site will be kept clean and always organized. Contractor will clean the work area at the end of each workday. 10. Contractor will be responsible for maintaining a safety work zone. 11. Tools must be removed from the City Building at the end of the workday. 12. Building must be securable at the end of each workday. 13. City of Rochester will provide a dumpster for the contractor during renovations. 14. All work will be of professional craftsmanship quality. 15. Working hours will be from 6am to 4pm Monday through Friday
