Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Project management and adherence to the timelines outlined in the bid 2. Recruitment of experts, educators, project assistants and any project management software necessary to track project deliverables 3. Compensation for experts, educators, and vendor specific project team members, including travel and lodging if applicable 4. Training of experts in the process 5. Training of all participants in any data management software, survey tools, or computer programs needed to document information pertaining to any of the studies. 6. Produce/publish project status reports 7. Produce/publish reports on each milestone and/or task outlined in this RFP 8. Conduct recurring meetings between State representatives and Consultant team 9. Produce a final Technical Report on the Independent Alignment Study that will, at minimum, serve as evidence for sections 2.1, 2.2, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 6.2, and 6.3 of the U.S. Department of Education’s Assessment Peer Review Process.
