Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Remove existing duct work, ensuring that ceiling and ceiling tiles are not damaged, and ensure all state property and equipment is protected and preserved from damage. B. Install new duct work from each unit supply and return plenum as needed tying into existing HVAC vents. C. Check duct work for abnormal sounds or vibrations. D. Inspect all duct work throughout facility for leaks and loose insulation. E. Provide all materials and supplies. F. Properly dispose of all garbage and leave work site clean and clear of debris. G. Be responsible for all fees, permits, licenses, and all costs to complete the project. H. Prepare worksite to prevent any damages to existing walls, ceiling, floor, other equipment, etc. Contractor, at no expense to the CHP, shall repair all damages caused by the contractor, contractor’s subs and/or vendors. I. Provide manufacturer’s product warranty at completion of project as well as warranty workmanship for a period of one (1) year.
