Specifications include, but are not limited to: : This project will complete the improvements on Cactus Avenue to provide for two travel lanes in each direction along Cactus Avenue from Las Vegas Boulevard to Spencer Street. The project improvements include hot mix asphaltic concrete, cold milling of existing pavement, UTACS overlay, concrete curbs and median islands, asphalt pathway, storm drain facilities, ADA compliant sidewalk ramps, sidewalk repairs, ITS interconnect, traffic signal undergrounds, school flasher, traffic signal modifications and loops, utility modifications and relocations, signage, pavement markings, and other appurtenances required to make a good, complete and serviceable project within the right-of-way.
