Specifications include, but are not limited to: The awarded contractor(s) • will provide LEAs coaching and coordinated technical support to increase the number of students performing on grade level by leveraging academic, community, and governmental supports. • must have experience in working with small and large LEAs in rural or urban communities or both. • will work with the LEAs to develop local, site-specific solutions, ensure fidelity of implementation, build capacity, and create sustainability of the SSI/Community Partnerships program in schools throughout the contract period. • will provide guidance and support to the LEAs, and their respective feeder pattern of schools, along all grade levels (Pre-K3-12 grade band continuum) to achieve their vision and academic goals. • will be required to participate in monthly check-ins with TEA and LEA liaison to discuss progress in each phase of the initiative cycle.
