Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing and completely installing a Living Quarters for the Bell Vista Fire Station. Home shall meet all ADA requirements, and follow the plans provided in the contract. Home shall be set on a concrete foundation, skirted with Red Block, and connected to utilities on site. Contractor shall be responsible for any permitting and/or testing needed. Living Quarters: - Follow plans for detailed instructions; - 4 Bedroom; - 2 Bath; - All appliances and water heaters shall be electric, no propane.; - Roughly 1600 Sq. Ft.; - Concrete Foundation; - Red Block skirting.; - Follow any ADA requirements; On-Site: - Water on site.; - Sewer on site.; - Electrical on site.; - Refer to plans for finish grade.
